Q: How long will my order take to be sent out?
- For READY STOCK order, payment made BEFORE 12pm will be sent on the same working day after your payment is being verified.
- For payment made AFTER 12pm, we will send out your parcel on the next working day after your payment is being verified.
- For PRE ORDER order, we will send out in 2 weeks after your payment is being verified.
- Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
- If order include both PRE ORDER & READY STOCK items, order will ship together in 2 weeks once pre order item reach.
- Parcel might received within 3 days, sometime courier service might delay 4-5 days.
- For urgent shipment, we can help you mark URGENT, but we won't responsible for any delay
