EXCHANGE POLICY

Kindly check the measurement before made your order.
► ALL ITEMS strictly NOT allow to Exchange or Refund after purchase is made.

UNLESS under the following circumstances for which the goods may be exchanged:
1. Manufacturing defects;
2. Non-conforming items delivered / Wrong items delivered.

► ONLY SWIMSUIT which have sizing are allow to change SIZE, and strictly cannot change DESIGN.

An exchange must be informed to our customer service by whatsapp within 2 working days of delivery.

If an exchange is not submitted within 2 working days your return will not be valid

All tags should be attached to garments, in original packaging, unworn , undamaged, and are in sale condition.

The buyer shall responsible for the shipping fees of the exchange.

We will charge for resend shipping fees of RM7.00 West Msia / RM10.00 Sabah Sarawak.
